Steps to a Safer Stay

Arriving at the Park in a Tourer or Motorhome

To facilitate contactless check-in, we will have requested full payment of your stay prior to your arrival.
Where possible an e.mail will be sent to you with a note of your Pitch Number and a Map of the Caravan Park.

Earliest check in will be 12noon and latest check in is 9pm.

Please ensure your vehicle registration details are updated on our online booking portal.
If we have not sent you your Pitch details in advance of your arrival, please pull your car forward, ensuring you are leaving plenty space for other vehicles to arrive and exit out of the Park. Only one person should leave the vehicle and come to the Office.  If the Office is unmanned, please call 07593920873 and a member of our team will be able to assist.

Arriving at the Park for your Static Caravan

To facilitate contactless check-in, we will have requested full payment of your stay prior to your arrival. Where possible an e.mail will be sent to you with a note of your Static Caravan Number and a Map of the Caravan Park. Due to the current cleaning requirements we may need to advise you of a later check-in time. Entry will not be possible prior to 2pm unless otherwise pre-approved and will be subject to Caravan availability. If you do not receive notification of your Caravan number or check-in time prior to your arrival, please pull your car forward ensuring you are leaving plenty space for other vehicles to arrive and exit out of the Park. Only one person should leave the vehicle and come to the Office.

If the Office is unmanned, please call 07593920873 and a member of our team will be able to assist.

Facility Blocks

We are reducing the number of people on our Park so we can manage demand and minimise the queues at our Facility Blocks.
We will be carrying out increased cleaning of all Facility Blocks. We will also be providing disposable cloths and Anti-bacterial spray in each shower cubicle and ask you, for your own safety, to clean the cubicle prior to its use. Please dispose of the cloths in the bins provided and not down the toilet.
We ask that those of you who have on-board facilities use these where possible to help minimise the risk and reduce the queues and waiting times. We now have 3 Chemical Disposal Points on site. There may be some facilities closed off in the blocks to enable the current social distancing rules to be adhered to.
We ask that cleaning equipment be left in the blocks for the use of Customers. Anyone found removing the cleaning equipment for their own use will be asked to leave the Park.  In the event of there being no cleaning equipment please contact a member of our Team to enable us to resolve at our earliest opportunity.

Caravans and Motorhomes

Due to current practices where two individual bookers wish to be pitched next to each other, we will do our best to facilitate, but we cannot guarantee this.

Washing Up Facilities

Our Washing Up Facilities will be open, but we may close off a sink to enable the current social distancing rules to be adhered to.

Shop

Our Shop will be open but with limited stock items and limited opening times.

We will not be stocking perishable items such as milk, rolls, bread, fruit or papers.

Our preference currently is for contactless/card payments to minimise the use of cash. Therefore, please ensure you bring with you all essential shopping items including hand wash, antibacterial wipes/spray/gel, milk, bread etc. Maximum of one person in the shop at any time.

Pitlochry Co-Op is open daily but at present operating at 20 maximum shoppers at any time and therefore a queuing system is in place in the car park.

Reception

Our Reception will be open but with restricted opening times. In the event of an emergency you can contact a member of our team by calling 07593920873. Maximum of one person in Reception at any time. We will still be displaying Attraction leaflets at reception.

Hand Sanitiser

We will have a Hand Sanitiser dispenser at every entry/exit door. Please ensure you utilise these on every entry and exit to help protect you and your fellow customers. The Sanitiser should not be filled into your own containers. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the Park. Should you find any of our dispensers empty please immediately contact a member of our Team to enable us to resolve at our earliest opportunity.

Enhanced Cleaning

There will be enhanced cleaning throughout our Park, including high-contact areas. Our Facility Blocks will benefit from enhanced cleaning rotas. However, as always should you find any issues, we ask that you contact a member of our Team immediately to enable us to resolve at our earliest opportunity. Our blocks will be closed for cleaning to help protect our employees and ensure we adhere to current Social Distancing guidelines.

Our Static Caravans will have a Deep Clean after every departure.

Queuing for Facilities

Should you find all toilet/shower cubicles full please be advised that we do not allow queuing within the Facility Blocks. Please either queue outside for a customer to leave or return later.

Please bear in mind that queuing times may be a little longer; we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Visitors

Customers will not be able to have any day visitors to their pitches– this will help us limit the number of people on our Park.

Chemical Disposal Points

Chemical Disposal Points will be open - please utilise the Hand Sanitiser provided. We now have Chemical Disposal Points located outside the Main Toilet Block, at the Motorhome Service Point and down by the Laundry.

Laundry Facilities

Our Laundry Facilities will be open. Tokens can be purchased from the Office. One person in the Laundry at any time with queuing outside or return later. Facilities are open 24/7.

Covid-19 Reporting

Customers MUST contact our Emergency Telephone number 07593920873 if any member of your group shows symptoms of the Coronavirus (Persistent Cough, Fever, Loss of Taste/Smell) to enable us to take necessary precautions on the Park.

Happy Customers

We hope you have a fantastic getaway. Please be respectful of our local communities and areas that you are visiting, use your common sense on site, be courteous to other Customers and Staff and look out for your children.
