Please be considerate of your neighbours at all times especially from 10pm-8am. No noise after 11pm please. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the park. Please also be mindful of the language you use as this is a family Caravan Park.
Open fires are not permitted on the park. When using disposable BBQs, do not allow contact with the grass. For your own safety and others, please take care when disposing of used BBQs. Do not place them into the refuse bins until they are completely out and cooled down. (This can take a couple of hours) All BBQs must be out by 10pm. The use of generators is not permitted.
Each outfit is restricted to six persons including children. As we are a family holiday Park we accept individuals, couples and families only and cannot accommodate those using caravans for residential or employment purposes.
Children - Parents are responsible for providing supervision of their children at all times and please be mindful that there are water courses at multiple locations. Children must not be allowed to play in toilet/shower facilities.
Litter must be placed in the many bins provided around the park. We have multiple recycling points around the site for your convenience also. The irresponsible discarding of litter, by any person, adult or child will not be tolerated.
10mph speed limit. Only fully licensed drivers are allowed to drive on site. Only customer vehicles to be parked on site. All others must be parked in visitor car park.
Dogs are welcome on the park but must be kept on a lead at all times. Fouling must always be cleared up and disposed of in the bins provided or in any other General Waste refuse point. Dogs should not be left alone in either our accommodation or your own, your dog may be used to your caravan or motorhome but they may become stressed by the outside surroundings and new sounds thus causing a disturbance to other guests.
Dirty dish water and chemical waste must be disposed of at the appropriate designated locations which can be found on your site map. Access – the site barrier is locked for vehicles from 11.30pm until 7am. The Emergency Services have the code to open if required.
We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose party make-up or behaviour interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. Milton of Fonab and its facilities are intended for family holidays. Aggressive, abusive, or violent behaviour towards our staff or customers will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Please ensure that all booking correspondence is checked upon receipt as it is your responsibility to check all details are correct and advise immediately if any alterations are required. Every endeavour will be made to allocate guests a Pitch or Caravan of their choice, however it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of specific numbers. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked dates there is no guarantee the same pitch will be available.
Anyone found defacing or causing damage to any buildings, equipment or property of the Park faces immediate eviction. Your vehicles and their contents are left at your own risk. Customers must ensure that their property is secure and fully insured for any unforeseen eventuality. By booking with us you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation with us. We may process your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers and other information that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information for the marketing purposes described in this paragraph, please let us know. We may also disclose your data to CampStead Ltd who may contact you, inviting you to complete a questionnaire and review regarding your stay at our park. Cancellations Your deposit is non-refundable. In the event of you having to cancel your booking you are required to notify us by telephone as soon as possible. A minimum of 14 days written notice (letter or email) in advance of arrival date will be required from anyone wishing to cancel their booking. If more than 14 days’ notice is given, the booking may be rearranged to another available date within the current season. Your booking is non-refundable once paid in full. Customers are advised to have their own holiday cancellation insurance cover as holidays cancelled within 14 days will not have their deposit or final payment transferred to an alternative date.

The agreement for your stay is between the Caravan Park and you. If the park remains open and can honour a booking, refunds will not be issued for any cancellations. Cancellations made by the Park, if legally required to close under the Coronavirus Act or any other Government Order, will not be given a refund. Instead all guests with bookings for the closed dates will be issued with a Credit Voucher for the value of the monies paid at the time of the cancellation. Cancellations made by the Park as a result of COVID19 will be updated in line with Government review dates. Your holiday price does not include any cancellation insurance cover. It is always recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover. We will allow you to change the date of your stay if you cannot make your original booking; subject to availability and provided more than 14 days’ notice is given. Should you request to amend your booking we cannot guarantee your originally allocated Pitch Type or Caravan Type. Changes may incur additional costs depending on the new dates chosen. No refund will be issued for nights booked if you decide to leave early or arrive late. Unless arrangement has been made with the site before arrival, if you fail to check in before 9pm on your scheduled arrival date, it will be assumed that your booking is cancelled, and you no longer required it. At this point, your Pitch/Caravan Accommodation will be made available online for others to book. No refunds will be issued in this instance.
Bookings made after the 4th June 2020 will be subject to the Coronavirus terms and conditions. If the site is forced by law to close due to COVID-19 or any other incidence it reserves the right to withhold any payments made and convert them to a Credit Voucher to be used when the Park is legally permitted to open again. Gift Voucher validity timescale will be advised at time of forced cancellation but will be no less than 18 months beyond the original planned arrival date. If the Park is legally able to remain open all bookings will be subject to the standard terms and conditions, and cancellations made by the guest will incur a forfeit of the deposit. If you are unable to travel due to Government travel restrictions in your area or ours you may postpone your booking to a future date of your choice up to 18 months after your original arrival date.
Cancellations made as a result of an event cancellation in the locality of the Park will be subject to normal terms and conditions. For the sake of all other guests and staff, you must adhere to any Health and Safety guidance that is issued before arrival. Failure to adhere to Health and Safety guidance related to COVID-19 will result in you being directed to leave the Park. This condition applies to all members of your party and a breach by any member of the party will result in the whole booking being cancelled. No refunds will be issued if you are told to leave as a result of a Health and Safety breach by you or another member of your party; including visitors. Please ensure you adhere to all Social Distancing requirements for the H&S of both customers and staff. Site facilities will only be opened in line with the guidance issued by the Health and Safety Executive. If you require use of the site facilities ie Toilet Blocks/Showers etc, you are advised not to book before we have confirmed that these will be open to the public.
Bookings made before this confirmation that are required to be cancelled, will fall under the standard cancellation terms and conditions. We promise to keep our customers, the local community and our employees safe. To do so we ask you not to book or travel if the law or Government Guidance prevents you from staying with us. In these circumstances we ask that you contact us as a matter of urgency.

Copies of the rules are available on our website and at our reception and sent out with your confirmation booking, therefore it will be assumed that these rules are acceptable. We reserve the right to amend our T&C’s at any time.
