We recognise that we are all living in unprecedented and uncertain times. Whilst no one knows when the Coronavirus pandemic will be over, we are sure that everyone needs something to look forward to. We have developed the Coronavirus Booking Guarantee to provide you, our guests, with reassurance over your holiday bookings.
The Guarantee is available free of charge and applies to all existing and new bookings for 2021 and 2022.
1. You consider it unsafe to come on holiday due to the continuing threat of Coronavirus
2. You are unable to travel due to sickness, shielding and/or isolation due to the Coronavirus outbreak
3. Scottish Government restrictions on travel due to the Coronavirus outbreak
4. We are forced to close due to the Coronavirus outbreak
1. Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2021 or 2022 subject to availability. There are no restrictions on how many times you can amend your booking dates as long as you amend them 14 days prior to your arrival.
2. If you do not know your new dates, we will transfer your original booking payment into a Credit Voucher which can be allocated against a future holiday during 2021 or 2022.
1. The ‘Guarantee Change Window’ allows any booking to be transferred up to 14 days prior to arrival
2. Should the Scottish Government advice significantly change in the 14 days prior to your arrival, we will reactivate the Guarantee for you
3. All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged
4. If you choose to amend your holiday to different dates, should your new holiday be more expensive, you will need to pay the difference - but you will not need to pay this until the outstanding balance is due
5. If you choose to cancel your holiday, you can only do this by confirming it via e-mail
6. The Coronavirus Booking Guarantee is available during 2021 and 2022 and subject to availability
